The king said in the message that he was very pleased to extend to Kim Jong Un warm congratulations and wishes for his happiness and success on the occasion of the 72nd founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message also wished the Korean people peace and lasting prosperity.

It noted that the steady efforts made by the DPRK under the leadership of Kim Jong Un have consolidated and propelled the course for achieving the well-being and development of the people of the DPRK.

It said that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the DPRK would be developed into more excellent ones in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
