On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Namibia, I would like to extend to Your Excellency, the government and the fraternal people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, our profound congratulations on the occasion of your national day on September 9, 2020.

We are pleased to note that it has been thirty years since the establishment of diplomatic relations in the spirit of mutual respect, solidarity and friendship between our two countries.

I am confident that through joint efforts, we will continue to strengthen the longstanding cooperation between Namibia and the DPRK to the benefit of our peoples.
