On behalf of the government and the people of Zimbabwe, and on my own behalf, allow me to extend to you, and through you, to the Government and people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), our warm felicitations on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the founding of your great country.

As we join you in celebrating this momentous occasion, Your Excellency, I wish to reaffirm my Government's commitment to strengthen bilateral relations between our two countries for the mutual benefit of both countries and peoples.

May I take this opportunity to wish you, Your Excellency, personal good health, and peace and prosperity for the people of Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
