The chairman in the message extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 72nd founding anniversary of the DPRK, an important day in the life of the DPRK people.

The message said that the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia highly appreciated successes achieved by the DPRK in economic field and international relations under the leadership of Kim Jong Un in recent years.

It noted that to develop bilateral relations between Russia and the DPRK and between the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia and the Workers' Party of Korea is an invariable stand of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia.
