Measures Taken to Maintain Perfect Anti-epidemic State in DPRK
Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- The emergency anti-epidemic work is further intensified across the DPRK.

The central emergency anti-epidemic field is taking positive measures to keep the masses further alerted in the on-going recovery campaigns across the country and to thoroughly check the inroads of the epidemic.

Mass media, education networks and health education workers buckled down to revving up the anti-epidemic atmosphere to ensure that the anti-epidemic campaign is waged consistently without a moment's indolence, slackness and carelessness.

In the coastal areas where the campaign for recovery from typhoon damage is underway, the emergency anti-epidemic field is fulfilling its role in keeping the firm closure of coastal borders and tightening its control over supply of disinfectant and anti-epidemic materials.

It makes sure that anti-epidemic rules are strictly observed when disposing of drifting rubbish along coasts.

Given the intensive transportation of materials by train, truck and ship in those areas, it urges the anti-epidemic posts stationed in the key points such as loading and unloading places, borders between provinces, cities and counties and provincial and county seats to strictly disinfect passers-by and vehicles.

The emergency anti-epidemic fields across the country make sure that a dynamic anti-virus work is conducted simultaneously with the work in the clean-up months of September and October in industrial establishments and residential areas. A campaign for eradicating the aftereffects of typhoon and flood is underway across the country.

In the areas, where a brisk recovery campaign is underway, bedrooms, kitchens, working sites, working tools and equipment are strictly disinfected every day and every one is strongly urged to wear masks as specified in the anti-epidemic rules, voluntarily observe the rules and receive regular medical checkup.
