True to the noble intention of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un who dedicates himself to pleasure and happiness of the families across the country, always paying attention to taking care of the people, officials of the Party Central Committee and their families prepared lots of materials necessary for stabilizing the living of the inhabitants in the typhoon-hit areas and stepping up reconstruction there.

Trains and trucks loaded with necessities, foodstuff and building materials prepared by the departments of the Party Central Committee and families of their officials arrived at Hongwon County and Tanchon City of South Hamgyong Province and Kim Chaek City of North Hamgyong Province.

Choe Pu Il, Ho Chol Man, Pak Myong Sun, O Il Jong and other senior officials of the Party Central Committee handed over the aid materials to officials of the local Party and power organs.

The officials of the Party Central Committee told the local officials that the Supreme Leader has taken unprecedented measures of loving care to rid of misfortune suffered by the people in the typhoon-hit areas as early as possible, feeling sick at his heart about their pain. They also urged the local officials to do their best to stabilize the life of the people and stand in the van of the recovery campaign, being well aware of the sincerity of the Party Central Committee.

The officials of the Party Central Committee learned in detail about the damage in the Komdok area and living conditions of the residents.

They called upon officials and people there to please the Supreme Leader by successfully tiding over the present hardships and difficulties and achieving a victory in the forefront which the Party concentrates all efforts on.

The people in the typhoon-hit areas said that they received various kinds of necessities and foodstuff reflecting sincerity of the officials of the departments of the Party Central Committee, who upholds the high intention of the Supreme Leader nearest to him, and their families, and keenly felt they are always under the care of the Party Central Committee though they live far from the capital.

Noting that they are not fearful of any natural disaster as they are led by the motherly Party taking warm care of them when they face difficulties, the people in the typhoon-hit areas expressed their patriotic will to turn their villages into socialist fairyland admired by the world by working miracles of turning adversity into favorable situation.
