It took about three years for officials and workers of South Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation General Enterprise to reclaim the tideland.

The successful reclamation of the tideland, fruition of the devoted efforts of the tideland builders, laid foundations for the country's agricultural development.

The builders reclaimed the tideland by building a dozens of kilometers-long bank in the West Sea of Korea. They are brave conquerors of sea upholding the grandiose nature-remaking plan of the Party by working miracles of creating a thing out of nothing.

The reclaimed tideland comes to be their gift to the motherly Party.
