The president in the message said that on the occasion of the celebration by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea of its national day, he was glad to express to Kim Jong Un his warmest congratulations as well as his best wishes of progress and prosperity for the friendly DPRK people.

He added that he also renewed to Kim Jong Un their common desire and keenness to continue their efforts to strengthen and develop the cooperation relations between the two countries in order to serve the interests of the two peoples.
