Farmers in Kangbuk-ri Receive New Houses
Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- Kangbuk-ri of Kumchon County in North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, damaged by the downpour and strong wind that swept the whole country this year, has turned into a socialist fairyland, a model village of socialist rural communities.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un dispatched servicepersons of the Korean People's Army to remove all the buildings in the damaged ri seat and build new ones in a matter of a few months.

Visiting the newly-built ri seat, he repeatedly asked if its inhabitants, farmers like it and even opened a pot lid in a new house and calculated the height of ceiling.

Farmers in Kangbuk-ri were granted free of charge new houses built in the completely-changed seat, and an event of moving into the new houses took place on September 17. The villagers danced with joy all night.

They are now filled with firm resolve to repay the love of the Workers' Party of Korea, which spares nothing for the people's wellbeing, with increased grain output.

In the DPRK, houses are built at the state expense and they are distributed to the people free of charge.
