The meeting was to implement the decision made at the enlarged meeting of the 3rd Session of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon

Pu Yong Uk made a report.

He said that the headquarters have achieved many successes in the campaign for effecting innovations in the building of its basic organizations, information activities and education.

He urged the organizations at all levels under the headquarters to step up the building of the basic organizations and do their bit in the work for tiding over the crisis in national education.

At the meeting speakers stressed their will to take the lead in paving an avenue of a new heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan, overcoming the prevailing difficulties.

A letter to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
