The meeting, attended by Ko Tok U, chairman of the headquarters, and other members of the executive committee, was held to carry out the decision made at the enlarged meeting of the 3rd Session of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon.

Ko Tok U said in a report that the headquarters has made a big stride in the movement for bringing about a leap forward in the patriotic movement.

Calling for concentrating efforts on consolidating basic organizations in the face of the changed situation and setting it as a primary work to turn all the affairs into the ones for the good of the compatriots, he detailed the tasks and ways to do so.
