Among those present were Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), Jo Myong Jin, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, Ri Kwang Il, its vice-chairperson and organizational department director, Pak Ok Sam, its vice-chairman and director of the Department for Publicity and Culture, department directors of its Central Standing Committee and members of the Central Committee of the youth league.

The meeting was held to review the work of the youth league after the 2nd Meeting of the 24th Central Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan and make discussions and decisions on tasks and ways for carrying out the resolution adopted at the enlarged meeting of the 3rd Meeting of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon.

Then speeches were made by Ryang Sang Thae, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan?Headquarters of the Korean Youth League in Japan, Kim Song Rang, chairman of the Osaka Prefectural Headquarters of the youth league, Yun Son Gi, chairman of the Hiroshima Prefectural Headquarters of the youth league, etc.

A letter to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un?was adopted at the meeting.
