Recycling Brisk in DPRK
|
|
Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- A work for recycling waste water and leftovers is getting more brisk in the DPRK. Ryanggang Province produces various pigments with waste water drained out from mining pit. Having strong resistance to climatic change and heat and tinting power, those pigments can be used in making building materials like coating materials, mortar and paving stones. Coating materials and artificial stone boards based on the pigments have been already introduced into the housing construction in Samjiyon and Hyesan cities. The Kangso Silk Mill turns out protein feed for stockbreeding by recycling the waste water from production process. Pyongyang University of Architecture made slag foam glass by mixing scrap glass, slag, foaming agent and stabilizer at a fixed rate. This product is used for keeping warm and cold. Besides, many units have recycled waste plastic and oil to produce insulating material, plastic tube, raw materials for chemical goods and soap. |
