The Syrian president in the message extended the warmest and heart-felt congratulations to Kim Jong Un, the government and the friendly people of the DPRK on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The message wished the WPK big success in the work for leading the great DPRK to a bigger progress, development and prosperity under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

It said that the glorious course covered by the WPK is full of victories and successes achieved by the DPRK people in their struggle for consolidating the country's independence and possessing the muscle to defend the country against the hostile states.

Noting that the relations between the WPK and Syria's Baath Arab Socialist Party are intimate and solid, the Syrian president in the message affirmed his will to make joint efforts for further intensifying the cooperation between the two parties in conformity with the interests of members of the parties.

The message extended the warmest greeting to Kim Jong Un.
