Laid before the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill were bouquets and floral baskets in the names of Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Public Security Forces (PSF), and institutions, industrial establishments and universities at different levels in Pyongyang.

Also placed there was a floral basket in the name of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front.
