WPK, Korean People Supported by Indian Figures
Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- A joint statement was issued by Indian figures including Atul Kumar Anjan, secretary of the National Council of the Communist Party of India, a member of the national committee of minorities of India, Vijay Jolly, senior leader of the Indian People's Party, and G. Debarajan, secretary of Central Committee of the All-India Forward Bloc, on October 6 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The statement said that the WPK has led the Korean people to victory under the experienced leadership of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

It went on:

We praise the WPK for its successes.

It is pride for us to extend solidarity to the WPK and the Korean people.

We will actively support the struggle of the WPK and the Korean people in the future, too.

We wish the Korean people prosperity.

We hope that the Korean people will achieve greater success under the leadership of the WPK.
