The chairman in the message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of "A Just Russia" and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK.

The message said that the WPK has organized and aroused the Korean people for the struggle to frustrate challenges at home and abroad, attain important socio-economic and socio-political tasks and strengthen the sovereignty and defence capability of the country for decades.

It expressed the belief that friendly working-level contacts between the two parties would propel the development of good-neighbourly and close ties between Russia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the future, too.

It wished Kim Jong Un, the WPK and all the Korean people success and prosperity.
