Attending the meetings were officials of local Party and power organs, working people's organizations, factories, enterprises and cooperative farms and working people and officers and men of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Public Security Forces.

Reporters and speakers stressed the need to launch a resolute continuous offensive with high morale with which the 75th founding anniversary of the Party was glorified as the great event of victory and advance under the guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and thus to devotedly safeguard the 8th Congress of the Party.

They referred to the need to regard the anti-epidemic work as a vital matter which is directly related with the destiny of the country and which affects the lives of themselves and their children, and display maximum responsibility, loyalty and devotion without a moment's indolence and carelessness so as to further fortify the anti-epidemic wall.

They said that miraculous successes of converting misfortune into favorable conditions made by Juche Korea should be made in rehabilitation campaign sites by dint of the army-civilian joint operation true to the noble intention of the Party which has set campaigns for recovery from disasters as one of major goals for the 80-day campaign.

They called upon major industrial sectors to simultaneously turn out in the implementation of the goals for the five-year strategy to successfully conclude the year-end struggle of this year.

They underscored the need to mobilize all efforts and means to round off harvest and threshing qualitatively in good time.
