WPK Is Invincible: Foreign Political Parties
Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- Political parties in different countries made public statements on Oct. 8 and 9 on the occasion 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party said in a statement that President Kim Il Sung founded the WPK on October 10, 1945 and set an example in the building of a revolutionary party of the working class.

Under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il the WPK successfully advanced the cause of socialism in the face of persistent challenges and obstructive moves of the imperialist allied forces, and developed the DPRK into a strong country, independent and self-reliant in all fields including politics, economy and military.

The National Guidance Council of the Pioneer Party of Indonesia said in a statement that since its foundation, the WPK has made its policies to realize the independence of the people and improve their standard of living.

By pursuing such policies, the WPK has become a party that enjoys the people's trust and established the single-minded unity of the society centered on the leader, it added.

It stressed that by dint of the unity, the DPRK has foiled the invasion by imperialism and emerged as a powerful socialist country displaying its might as an independent and sovereign state.

As long as there are people who firmly believe in and follow the WPK, it will always be invincible, it added.

The People's Progressive Party of Nigeria in its statement said that the DPRK has exalted its dignity, defended the destiny of the people and opened up a golden age of prosperity in the face of severe adversities of history as it has great leaders and established a harmonious whole of the Party and the masses that can never be found in other countries.

Saying that the DPRK neither follows nor kowtows to any big power or foreign forces, it noted that the DPRK is recognized in the international arena as "a strong-willed country" and "a country with self-respect" which says what it wants and manages state building and activities independently.

The statement hoped that the WPK with a sacred history of 75 years would achieve greater successes under the leadership of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
