Attending the seminar held under the co-sponsorship of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, the Japan Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea and the Japanese National Liaison Council of Societies for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism were personages of the Juche idea study organizations and the Japan-Korea friendship bodies.

Present there on invitation were officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan.

The participants watched congratulatory video clips sent by the Juche idea study organizations in different countries and regions and personages including Ramon Jimenez Lopez, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, Jose Francisco Aguilar Bulgarelli, honorary director-general of the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea, Harish Gupta, director general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea, Juha Kieksi, deputy director-general of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Andre Lohekele Kalonda, secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea.

Introduced there were congratulatory messages from the Korean Association of Social Scientists, Director-General Edmond Jouve and Secretary General Matteo Carbonelli of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and Japanese personages.

Speeches were made there.

Adopted at the seminar was a letter to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
