In order to conduct an effective ideological education just in the way that one would tell a thirsty person where he or she can find water to drink, it is necessary to explain to the masses, in a logical and convincing way, things they are eager to know and hear, on the basis of the Party's policies.

If our officials give free rein to the spiritual strength of the masses, the ongoing campaign will prove to be progress for making a great strategic offensive on the basis of the successes which have been made so far with much effort and if not, it will prove to be a failure and a step backward.

It's not easy to inspire various people to display their spiritual strength.

All the officials should greet the 8th Congress of the WPK successfully by enlisting the spiritual strength of the masses. By doing so, they should fulfill their responsibilities and duties as befits leading members of the revolution.
