Pyongyang, November 6 (KCNA) -- Watery radish kimchi is one kind of Korean kimchi. The taste of this subsidiary food is fresh and fragrant.

According to data available, watery radish kimchi appeared in the period of Three Kingdoms (early 3rd century B.C.-middle 7th century A.D.) and its taste was further improved in the period of feudal Joson dynasty (1392-1910).

Typical is the watery radish kimchi of Pyongyang area. Its juice is an important ingredient in preserving the delicate taste of Pyongyang cold noodle well-known to the world.
