Single-storey houses for 540 families have been newly built in Taehung-dong No. 1 and Muhak-dong.

The solider-builders did their best to build the houses to be not only in harmony with picturesque mountainous terrain but also impeccable and convenient, as wanted by their inhabitants.

They paved roads in a short span of time by using rich raw materials in the area.

Despite their busy work, soldier-builders took warm care of the war veterans and other people in the area and prepared firewood for the inhabitants of new houses.
