The Korean people have realized how to overcome difficulties and exist on its own efforts under the harshest-ever situation. So they can easily weather the current storm.

They should become honorable victors in the 80-day campaign by giving continuity to their sky-high revolutionary spirit.

The on-going 80-day campaign, in which they are racing against time, serves as a revolutionary course during which they harden their revolutionary faith and indomitable will.

In the struggle for attaining the gigantic goals, impossible in other countries, the Party members, working people and service personnel in the DPRK get stronger in their fidelity and spirit of tackling ordeals.

The Korean people will dynamically advance under the grandiose plan to be unfolded by the 8th Party Congress with their faith and will that get stronger in the fierce 80-day march.
