Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- A wonderful hostel was built at the Sinuiju Textile Mill. The cradle of happiness was built on the initiative of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and under his guidance, who was considerate to provide workers with better living conditions, always saying that our society is the one for workers. The hostel housing cozy rooms, dining hall, library, youth's hall and cultural hall and the Pangjik health complex housing swimming pool, gym, hairdresser's and other welfare facilities would help the hostellers lead a highly civilized life. A completion ceremony took place on Tuesday. Present there were Mun Kyong Dok, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials and employees of the mill. Mun Kyong Dok made a completion address. The speaker recalled that Kim Jong Un visited the mill in June, Juche 107 (2018) and bestowed the benevolence of building the hostel. Saying that he heard the hostellers of the mill were so envious of the hostels of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill provided by the Party, Kim Jong Un promised them to build a wonderful hostel as good as those in Pyongyang, and set the site for the hostel, organized powerful building force and solved all the problems arising in the project, the speaker said. He continued that the soldier builders waged strenuous day and night campaign from the first day of the project, with a single wish to put into a reality the noble intention of Kim Jong Un. He stressed the need for all the officials and employees to bring about a steady production surge in the grand advance of self-reliance toward the 8th Party Congress and thus make active contribution to developing the country's light industry and to improving the people's living standard so as to pay back the Party's benevolence with loyalty. Officials of the province and officials and employees of the mill congratulated those moving to the new hostel. |
