The center ensures its service environment on a modern basis.

In this regard, Kim Sang Ju, director of the center, told KCNA:

The center has sold 3,500 kinds of rims and lens of glasses to hundreds of thousands of people since the start of its operation in June Juche 75 (1986). Members of foreign embassies here and other foreigners and overseas compatriots staying in the country, too, are customers of this center.

It is now exchanging technologies with various countries and regions in Asia.

The center is situated in Sojang-dong, Pothonggang District, Pyongyang City.
