Some works deal with the tasks and ways for further consolidating the Party organizationally and ideologically and developing it into a powerful united one, and the idea that anyone who loves the country and prioritizes the destiny of the nation should turn out in the efforts for establishing a unified democratic and independent sovereign state, irrespective of their idea, political view and religious belief.

Specified in other works is the idea of formally adopting and enforcing the constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), as intended and demanded by all the people, and of naming the country the DPRK. There are also works dealing with the tasks for resolutely defending the country and the people's lives and properties by developing the people's army into powerful armed forces.

Clarified in some works are the policy urging the working class to take the lead in over-fulfilling the national economic plan and building a thriving, independent and sovereign state and the idea of hastening the development and prosperity of the national economy by improving education, training more excellent technicians and experts and giving priority to science and technology.
