People, who had suffered damage from downpour, floods and typhoons last year, greeted the New Year's Day in the new houses reconstructed under the loving care for the people shown by the Workers' Party of Korea.

The excitement was intensified when they received a letter Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un sent to all the people, greeting the hopeful new year.
