With pride of having adorned 2020 as a year of heroic struggle, advance and unity under the guidance of the Supreme Leader, they are now resolved to dynamically advance towards a new victory under the brilliant plan to be set out at the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

All worksites across the country are seething with the strong fighting spirit and patriotic zeal of the working people. Taking the lead in the general march for advance are the workers in the fields of power, coal and metal industries and railway transport.

Successes, made by those of the Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex, the Tokchon Area Coal-Mining Complex, the Chollima Steel Complex and the Pyongyang Railway Bureau from the beginning of the new year, arouse the people to perform new miracles.

Agricultural workers and workers in the light industrial sector, too, are in high spirits to contribute to the building of a thriving country with the increased grain output and quality consumer goods production in the new year.
