Present at the floral basket-laying ceremony was Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly.

They made a bow before the statues of the great leaders after laying the floral basket and flowers.

They pledged to fulfill their responsibility and duty in the struggle for firmly consolidating our people's power and carrying out the decision made at the Eighth Congress of the Party under the leadership of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, guided by the state-building idea of great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.
