Present there were members and alternate members of the central committee of the youth league.

Put on the agenda were the issue of thoroughly implementing the decisions made at the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, the issue of convening the 10th Congress of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League, etc.

Proposed at the meeting was a draft resolution on the first agenda item.

The participants studied in depth the draft resolution with the zeal to further develop the youth league, a relay and reserve for the Party, into invincible ranks strong in organizing ability, united force and fighting efficiency and into vanguard ranks remaining unfailingly faithful to the cause of the Party, as indicated by the historic Party Congress.

Discussion comprehensively analyzed and reviewed the faults latent in the work of the youth league and their causes and lessons. It suggested innovative opinions for conducting all activities in a fresh and spirited way, as required by the duty and characteristics of the youth league as an ideological and educational organization and by the developing times.

Speakers stressed the need to energetically wage an ideological offensive for equipping all officials and members of the youth league with the line and policies set forth by the Party Congress and continuously improve the contents, forms and methods of the five-point education with education in the greatness of the peerlessly great men as its keynote.

They called for further inspiring the enthusiastic youth through vigorous mass movements and achieving great successes by planning and conducting all the work in a big and bold way.

Hearing the speeches, the participants recollected the work of their units according to the idea and spirit of the Party Congress and exchanged their opinions for the development.

A relevant resolution was adopted with unanimous approval based on a full study on the first agenda item and the positive discussion by the participants.

The plenary meeting discussed the second agenda item and decided on the convening of the 10th Congress of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League early in April, Juche 110(2021).
