He went round the city aboard the trolley bus despite his busy time, saying that he would feel easy when he personally examines the test of the new trolley bus with which he acquainted himself during his recent visit to the remodeled factory.

He carefully observed everything of the bus on the trial run, saying that officials should watch from the standpoint of citizens whether there is any shortcoming in it or not.

Estimating the technical conditions of the bus, he gave an instruction on further improving its technical specifications and mass-producing it to put the passenger service on a normal basis.
