Determined to turn the streets into a sea of beautiful flowers on the meaningful holiday in February, the officials in charge of horticulture under the Pyongyang City People's Committee and the employees of floricultural stations in all districts have cultivated tens of thousands of potted flowers with great care despite winter weather to decorate scores of planters in a spectacular fashion.
