Mines in the western area of the country carried out a project for creating the phosphorous concentrate production capacity last year to turn out concentrates in a large quantity. They are now channeling efforts into ore mining.

According to data available at the Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Management Bureau, its February plans for earth removal, prospecting tunneling and preparatory tunneling were carried out at 121, 120 and 130 percent respectively as of February 20 with the production of tens of thousands of tons of mineral.
