It is their unanimous desire to become passionate patriotic farmers, who safeguard the Party and revolution and firmly defend the socialist system with increased rice production by cultivating farm fields with devoted efforts of patriotism, as done by those of the preceding generations who had heartily responded to the call of the Party and the country.

A meeting took place at the Nampho City Art Theatre on Thursday to congratulate the volunteers.

Present there were Pak Chol Min, chairman of the Central Committee of the youth league, Song Sung Chol, chairman of the Nampho City People's Committee, officials concerned, those of the youth league and working youths in the city.

Pledge-making speeches were made at the meeting.

A congratulatory performance was given by the art squad of the Central Committee of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League and officials, youths and working people in the city saw the volunteers off.
