Agricultural workers and officials in cities and counties of North Hwanghae Province have daily ploughed huge areas of fields, providing timely mobile repair and maintenance service to tractors by enhancing the role of farm machine stations.

Some counties of South Hwanghae Province have over-fulfilled daily plans 120%, meeting the technical requirements of ploughing in consideration of features of each plot and area and introducing efficient working methods.

Other provinces, too, have made signal progress in ploughing on a daily basis by rationally distributing manpower, setting the right order of ploughing according to the conditions of fields and making the most of various kinds of farm tools and draught animals.
