The message recalled that for the past 31 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the two countries have steadily developed their friendly and cooperative relations on the principle of mutual respect of sovereignty, equality and reciprocity and strengthened mutual support and cooperation in the international arena including the United Nations.

It wished the deputy prime minister success in the work for the development of the country's external relations, expressing belief that the two countries would more closely cooperate with each other to develop their traditional relations of friendship and cooperation.
