| Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- Ri Son Gwon, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Najla Mohamed Al Manqoush on March 18 upon her appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the State of Libya. The message wished the Libyan minister success in her work, expressing belief that the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations would invariably develop. |
