Thanks to the detailed guidance of Chairman Kim Jong Il, it could be turned into a famous tourist resort and a precious cultural wealth of the country. Visiting the cavern in March Juche 85 (1996), the Chairman indicated the principles, orientation and ways for its development and management ranging from the confirmation of beauty spots to their preservation and the organization of visits.
