The Korean people are waging an active struggle to usher in a new period of a great upsurge and turn in socialist construction while absolutely supporting all measures taken by the Party and the state in difficult environment and condition.

There are no such people in the world as the Korean people dedicating their boundless loyalty, filial devotion, indomitable fighting spirit and sincere efforts to the country and revolution.

Now is the time when only practice is prioritized.

A person, who brings about practical success and substantial result for the people, is a real loyalist, patriot and true servant for the people.
