The factory has put all its processes from raw material feeding to production, packaging, storage and delivery on an automated, unmanned, germ-free and dust-free basis.

He visited the factory in December Juche 103 (2014) and gave precious instructions on its production and management activities, saying that to put its production on a normal footing is not a simple economic and business matter but a matter concerning the sense of moral obligation towards President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Saying that the Party will fully provide beans and other raw materials and solve all the issues arising in its management activities, he stressed that the factory should increase the production without any worry.

He appealed to the factory to provide the children with most tasty and nutritious foodstuffs by modernizing all its production processes and took a necessary measure for it.

In November 2015, he visited again the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory turned into a model of Korean-style modernization and stressed that its officials and employees should turn out in a larger quantity soya milk and other tasty and nutritious foodstuff, always mindful that the normalization of production is a way for defending children's laugh.
