One can hear the builders unanimously saying "Don't worry about construction and give us equipment and materials only!" anywhere in the construction site.

Officials and workers in charge of supply of materials and equipment should wage an intensive campaign for increased production, mindful that the success of the project for building 10,000 flats largely depends on their roles.

There is no fortress impossible to occupy when we fight in the spirit of heroic struggle displayed by the workers who turned machine belts with hands in the face of insufficient supply and difficulties to ensure production during the war, and in the fighting spirit of the transport workers who delivered weapon, ammunition and food to the front in the teeth of heavy enemy bombing raids at that time.
