After setting a fighting goal of completing their yearly plan by the Day of the Sun (April 15), the members of the workteam have waged a strenuous onward campaign since the outset of the year,

They over-fulfilled daily plan by 50% by introducing various advanced mining methods, finding the ways and reserves for increased production in science and technology and technical innovations.

After finishing their plan for the first quarter of the year until mid-January, they sped up an increased production drive amid the intensive campaign for collective innovations.

Under the collective slogan "One for all and all for one!" they voluntarily cleared their worksite and repaired working tools when they finished their daily jobs, which led to high results in production.

Not resting on their laurels, they are now taking the lead in the all-people general onward march, making ceaseless innovations in mineral production.
