Attending the meeting were Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and director of its Organization Department, and Pu Yong Uk, chairman of the Osaka Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, and members of its executive committee.

Pu Yong Uk in his report stressed the need to more thoroughly establish the unified leadership system of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un within the organizations of Chongryon so as to put the movement of Koreans in Japan on a new stage of development.

He mentioned the measures to bring about a turn in prioritizing and strengthening the Chongryon branches while regarding it as the general orientation of building Chongryon organizations.

He called on the Osaka Prefectural organizations to take the lead in implementing the decisions of the 4th Meeting of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon this year ahead of the 25th Congress of Chongryon.

Pak Ku Ho concluded the meeting after speeches.

He stressed the need to more thoroughly establish the ideological and leadership system of Juche, the lifeblood of the Chongryon organizations, and switch the orientation of organization building to prioritizing the branches in keeping with the decisions made at the 4th Meeting of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon.

He expressed belief that the organizations, bodies and all the branches in particular under the headquarters would bring about a new turn in the patriotic movement without fail by dynamically waging a campaign for setting examples of patriotism in the new heyday.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
