Serving as a party information worker for a long time, he intensified the ideological education aimed at arming Party members and other working people with the great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and powerfully encouraged shock brigade members to implement the Party policies, conducting front-line information and agitation activities by displaying the revolutionary traits of setting a personal example on construction sites. He, therefore, made a great contribution to building splendid monumental edifices of the age of the Workers' Party.
