The message wished the Vietnamese foreign minister success in his work for developing the external relations of the country, expressing conviction that the exchange and cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries will get closer in their efforts to develop the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Vietnam.
