On display at its venue were photos showing the revolutionary career of the President and those dealing with Kim Jong Un's visit to Russia.

Also displayed there were works of the President, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, and Korean books and photos.

Present at its opening ceremony were personages of the city administration, the city branch of the United Russia Party and the city committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the DPRK consul general and consuls in Vladivostok, and others.

Participants laid bouquets before photos of President Kim Il Sung and the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

Congratulatory speeches were made.

Meanwhile, a ceremony of donating Korean books was held at the city hall of culture on the same day.
