WPK Central Committee Sends Floral Basket to 8th Congress of Communist Party of Cuba

| Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) sent a floral basket to congratulate the 8th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba. The floral basket was conveyed to an official of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba by the DPRK ambassador to Cuba. Written on the ribbon of the floral basket were the letters reading "Warm Congratulations to the 8th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba". |
