Among those present were Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and also director of its Organization Department, Jo Myong Jin, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, vice-chairpersons and department directors of its Central Standing Committee and members of the Central Committee of the youth league.

Discussed at the meeting were tasks and measures for implementing the decisions made at the 4th Meeting of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon.

There were speeches after a report by Jo Myong Jin.

Pak Ku Ho concluded the meeting.

Noting that the future of Chongryon and the movement of Koreans in Japan depend on how to implement the decisions made at the 4th Meeting of the 24th Central Committee of Chongryon, he stressed the need for the Korean Youth League in Japan to turn out as one for the implementation of the decisions of the meeting.

A letter to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
