Raul Castro Ruz expressed wholehearted thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for sending a verbal message to notify the accounts of the 8th Congress of the WPK, and extended greetings to him on behalf of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban people and on his own behalf.

He affirmed his will to continue to develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and peoples of the two countries, hoping that success will be achieved in the struggle of the WPK and the Korean people to implement the decisions adopted at the 8th Congress of the WPK which came to be a great event.
